Working in close partnership, the Yotpo and POPFLEX teams designed an easy-to-use program which reflected POPFLEX’s strategic goals. With Yotpo’s Javascript SDK, the teams were able to create a truly seamless experience for POPFLEX customers. By working with custom-designed assets, the Yotpo team was able to fit key rewards data into the POPFLEX store — not the other way around.
After just three months, the POPFLEX program didn’t just look amazing: it drove tangible, top-line revenue. The Facebook and Instagram campaigns drove engagement, which in turn drove revenue. Customers who liked or followed the brand via Yotpo made 72.6% more purchases on average. As measured by referrals and incremental purchases, Yotpo yielded POPFLEX $8 for every $1 invested after three months. Following the launch of the program, over 5% of the purchases made onsite came from referrals.
